Tailing the Komets

Some more notes

Some extra stuff that I couldn't squeeze in today.

Komets Kare Package dates are the next three home games so please consider donating. We'll have all kinds of stories about it next week. It's amazing the impact you can have with this... Last five games, Brett Smith has five goals and nine pints, J.M. Rizk has four goals and six points and Bobby Chaumont has six points... Bryant Molle is plus-9 in his last five games, and Nick Boucher is 3-1 with a 1.76 goals against average and .943 save percentage... Over the last 10 games, Smith has 18 points, Chaumont 17 and Rizk has eight goals in his last nine games. Smith is plus-14, Chaumount plus-13 and Bryant Molle plus-12... Artem Podshendyalov has 11 points, Jamie Milam, Chris Auger and Colin Chaulk 10 points over their last 10 games... Brent Henley is plus-9 over his last six games... During 12 November games, Smith had 20 points and Chaumont 18. Both were plus-14... Smith and Chaumont both lead the Komets in scoring at home and on the road, which doesn't always happen... Here's an amazing stat, as a team the Komets are plus-1 at home, but they are plus-68 on the road. They have scored 18 goals in seven home games and 34 in seven road games... Despite that, Nick Boucher's save percentage at home is a very respectible .922 at home and .913 on the road, but he's 4-0 on the road and 4-3 at home. It's all about goal support... Power plays are 23 percent at home and 33 percent on the road, penalty kill is 82.1 at home and 70.6 on the road.

Did Mr. Smith drink the pints before, during or after scoring the goals?

Who cares? Pass them around to everybody!

Since Smitty does not seem to have any trouble seeing the net to score goals and has no trouble passing the puck to his linemates for assists, I would have to assume that if there are any pints being consumed, it is happening after rather than before or during. Congrats to him for being CHL Player of the Month!
