The NHL needs to find more TV money. As things stand now it is easier said than done.
20% is quite a hike.

Wouldn't you think with the NHL's salary cap a team would know what their fixed exspenses are going to be? Add in the budget the non-fixed items and charge enough for the tickets so you don't lose money. Than of course this is Chicago so Daly can just say he wants a tax to help support the Blackhawks. With the graft and corruption there should be plenty of money to go around.
I wonder what they did with all the money that was in Capone's vault before Heraldo opened it up? I'll bet Burgee took it.

Could it be that the owner paid for this article to be published in order to conjure up an excuse to raise ticket prices? Could such a devious act happen in today's age?
I found a really cool tin foil hat.

I can think of a few things to say about this but I won't, it would just get the nellies all upset. :-)
Daley is one of my very least favorite persons for a couple of reasons and I don't live there.
I have two good friends who are former Chicago PD, neither one stayed around and made a career of it. They have some wonderful stories.

Good God do not say that the Komets are making money!!! We all no that is not allowed at all in the USA in these days!!! Now the president will want to disribute the Komets assests to the illegal aliens. As for the Blackhawks thing I am not surprised.

Blake, just wanted to let everyone know that the 15-16 year olds little league national all stars from hamilton park went 2-1 in pool play this week in greenwood indiana, they then played two games today and won the first 11-5 and the second 13-4 to become state champions and advance to regional play in missouri next week. Maybe you could pass this along to your media pals. There will be a meeting at hamilton park tomorrow at noon to discuss travel plans. Thanks

Hamilton Park produces some great ball players, they also have some really good coaches there as well. You wouldn't expect it but Hamilton Park has been a baseball hot bed the past 10 years or so, even making it to the junior league World Series a few years back.
