Hey Blake, I have a question for you.
I'm sure you remember John Mori, the fine young forward who played a large part in Flint's success last year. Two days ago he was released from the Reading Royals of the ECHL.
My question is this, have the Komets made any attempt to contact him?
Early season rosters are fluid and Mori would fit well into the Komets plans as a "developmental player", a forward who can put the puck in the net, and as a skilled player.
I know that the K's are expecting two players from Springfield but if I were GM I would always be trying to make my team better. Mori would acccomplish that. I understand there would be even more tough decisions if he were here but that is what David Franke gets paid to do.
Your thoughts, Blake?

Blake i also want to applaud u for all your hard work u put in covering the Komets. I check here daily and sometimes hourly to get updates. I want to thank the bloggers who also put alot of heart into this blog! Cant wait to tailgate! If u come tailgate or drive by in the parking lot and u see a Komets Orange camper in the parking come by and say hi! i just hope they let me in with it!

It's alright Blake. I went to Komet Kuarters this morning and cheated. They look sharp but i'm not a big fan of the draw string.

I imagine they will have them at the souvenir stand. They had them at KK for $109.00. Authientic for $169.00

An authentic jersey is a game weight, or pro grade jersey. It has reinforced stitching, made with a heavier weight material, and has the tie down strap on the inside. It is essentially the same type as the players wear.

Thanks Bob....I know the general difference between the Authentic and Replica jerseys....I was wondering if there was any visual advantage of spending the extra money....in the past several years, they haven't even offered up the Authentic ones, that I have saw. It has been basically Replica ones.
I am headed to Komet kuarters now...LOL

The visual difference I could'nt really comment on....just the price difference which right now is sort of not in the budget. I've spent more on bills and my hot rod the last few years instead of hockey stuff.....:(
