Obliterate! I like that word and that's exactly what the K's did to Muskegon last night. That was one of the most awesome games I have seen in a long time. Keep up the great work, K's! With a couple more games like that, Mr. Pickard will be delivering the Kup back where it belongs. Go K's!!!

So who's all going to muskegon this week. I plan on going wednesday either way. Would be great going up there with a 3-0 lead. But would be great to see them win in front of 10,000 at home too. Where everyone sitting never been up there.

Blake: What's the size of Musky's ice compared to ours? There was a lot of talk about the differences between KZoo's and ours, but haven't heard much during this series so far. Any thoughts?
It was great seeing a large crowd Saturday night. I did sing the anthem, also. I will say it was a bit contagious and others joined in around me, although no one was really belting it out.
I'm hoping to see another game, just not sure Musky will oblige. Keep it up K's.
LET'S GO KOMETS!!!

I'm not sure RK. Everything I've ever seen says regulation size, but again, the Komet players swear it is smaller and they've been around rinks their whole lives. I'm starting to wonder if maybe the MC surface isn't just a little bit bigger than normal in the corners, that might be the difference. Maybe it's the perceptions from the size of the buildings. I know I'm confused on the matter.

Chuckitt, I'm sure some of the proceeds probably are used for charitable purposes, just not specifically designated as such.

Blake: Isn't today (Monday) the day they are going to announce the decision of what's going on as far as PC and Legault are concerned? Has Legault been able to practice with the team this entire time, or what are the rules on that?

Had some thoughts this morning while driving to the office....

We as Komet fans are so very lucky. I can't help to think what kind of job coach Sims and the whole Komet organIzation has done this year.

Here's what I mean...
we have lost 2 of our Veteran leaders, being Chaulk and Drouin to injuries at very important times of the season. Chaulks injury came early in the season when the team was trying to "gel" and the rest of the team came together and still made a run at the league leaders. Drouins injury came at a time where he could have reached the 100 pt. mark and right before the playoffs and the rest of the team has come together and are making a run at another Turner Kup Championship.

I ask you... what other team or organization would be able to do this??? I say NONE and that's why it's a treat to be a Komets fan!!!

I was thinking the same thing, almost, at game two.

Isn't this the best crop of guys that have been brought in durning the season? With Thomas, Aldoff, Rogers, MLV (not in the playoffs, but maybe he's coming around) O'C, who else am I forgetting???

I don't remember a year like this before...

I would agree with you all about Al Sims. I said that before the Coach of the Year was announced. This may be his best season ever as a coach. Now I want to provoke your brain. John Searle was the referee in game #2. Have any of you give any thought to the fact that he came, he did his job and left. The game was not about him. That folks is as good as it get in the IHL. He let the players play the game. I felt every penalty he called was right on the money. Could he have called more? You bet. I am sorry that Rammer got to finish the game. I did miss that. If you watched him at all he was going ballistic behind the bench. He just hates to lose. It will be a completely different game Tuesday. Al knows it and so do we. Go get'em guys.
