I debated saying something but Tim was such a nice man and a dedicated Komet fan. He is missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace. Yes, he is in a much better place.

Why would you debate saying something?
I didn't know Tim nearly as well as many of you did, but from the very little that I talked to him, he seemed like a great guy. He was one of those people that you just knew instantly that he was genuine, and you never had any reservations feeling that way about him. Also, at least for me, you just felt like you KNEW Tim almost as soon as you met him. Can't say that about many people.

This is totally off the subject ( yet, I totally agree that Tim was a kind man and will be missed ).
I have been away from the blogs the last couple of days and am sensing that something has happened. While trying to catch up, sometimes my reading got a little confused as it seemed some comments were either edited in content or just plain edited off the thread. I read Cohn's blog and read that some have decided to visit his blog exclusively from now on. Also someone commented about Snuff having his own blog. Any help with that address?
I'm not sure what has happened but would like to get 'caught up".
Any help would be appreciated.

He has posted several times before about less important things, so I wasnt sure why this one would draw ire from the league. Then again, I cant explain lots of things the league does.

Alan, I am not going to comment on the content of the comments that night but I was on and saw them. You are correct that there are many comments missing due to some things that were said. It took a turn to the personal side.
I will leave it at that because this is a hockey blog. The only reason I am commenting now is that I enjoy reading your comments and analysis (not that I agree with everything but it is good debate) and thought you deserved some kind of response to your question.

Alan, I did not see the exact blogs that crossed the line, but there have been "borderline" blogs leading up to this. I'm thinking a couple "questionable" bloggers have been blocked. It is amazing to me what some people think is appropriate and in good taste. Personally, I am relieved to see less pointless bickering and personal attacks. So many posts had degraded to just pointless bickering, not hockey discussions. It is fine to agree to disagree, but leave the personal attacks out of it. Just my humble opinion...
