Wasn't one of you guys on here a few days ago saying Dayton was making a trade with Wichita for a tough guy? When's that supposed to happen? Did it fall apart for some reason? Sounds like one of what's his name's rumors.
As usual, WOWO comes through with its wonderful lack of professionalism on a Komets broadcast. Will that station ever get it's act together again? I'm surprised Bob doesn't come into the station sometime just swinging a stick like a samurai sword.

Dayton Acquires Some Toughness with Richards
The Dayton Gems acquired a bit of punch on Monday trading for Robin Richards from the Wichita Thunder in exchange for future considerations.
The 6-5, 220-pound forward has only played in three games with the Thunder this season but played in 48 games last season accumulating 199 penalty minutes to go along with five goals and six assists.
His best CHL season came during the 2009-10 campaign with the Laredo Bucks where he scored nine goals with 19 points and 237 PIMS in 58 games.

WOWO is sadly, a far cry from what it was when I was younger. I miss the cool oldies and the on air personalities they used to have.
I even remember when WOWO would sign off at midnight....
I'm not sure it did actually. He's not listed on their roster and it's not listed on the team's transactions or the league's transactions. Wonder if he failed to report or something. He's still listed on Wichita's stats and roster.
