I really don't know. The Komets are talking to the coliseum constantly about it.

It really is a negative negotiating position to have no other option than the Coliseum. It does not seem like the Komets are being treated as one of the oldest tenants of the Coliseum. It feels like the Komets are being held hostage. The attitude seems to be "take it or leave it."

I agree, the building has stayed opened + been expanded due to the Komet hockey team. All due respect to the "country music" fans, the K's are why they don't have to drive downtown to see a tractor..... Randy B. NEEDS to fill the building, but he needs to schedule events around the "real" money... give K's ability to "block" dates in exchange for small rent payment ($1 a head) my understanding is that if the K's "draw" over 4500 (?) PAID fans, they get the building free.....
