On both blogs the last couple of days you have kind of lamented Blake's absence regarding any comments, follow up, or even reporting of this IHL-CHL thing. My question is this: If Blake is on vacation why should he get on here? I say let the guy have his time off. A vacation is a vacation and ya know what? Most likely he will be back at it before anything is announced anyway.
If he knew something he probably couldn't report on it.
I say, have a good vacation, Blake! If you are on vacation you picked a good time for it because I'm pretty sure things are going to be crazy when you get back. ( One thought, I hope he is on vacation and not sick or anything like that.)

I was just trying to show him how much we miss him is all. He is an important dude around here. We can't hardly go into nervous breakdowns without him at least giving us a good " I oughta" speech......LOL
I wish him a great vacation. Hope he is having fun sky-diving this weekend. He has more stones than Burgee does that is for sure.

Okay, I'll admit it. We red-headed hockey chicks pooled our money and are buying both the CHL and IHL from GEC. We're behind the whole thing. We're also planning an AA level Winter classic this year at Headwaters Park if anyone is interested. ;)

I'm not going to argue that point hit but I have more hair. I knew the red headed hockey chicks had something brewing, they've been too quiet lately.
I was talking with Herm Johnston from St Petersburg and he thought he saw superfan on the beach with a red headed entourage and a hand full of foo foos.
Will Fisk be serving hot cocoa at the winter classic? I like marshmellows in mine.

I wish. Just got confused with the holiday weekend. D'oh! Much tighter defensive game tonight. Both goalies looked impressive. If it weren't for that brief lapse with the 2 quick goals, things might have been different. Geesh, I hope it isn't a sweep. I can't get Versus. Let's go Flyers!

Pronger is a hack (by today's standards......). He gets away with ALOT of extra curricular whacks, pokes, jabs, etc... Every team would love 1 Pronger on their blueline though....

If the Hawks hold on to this and pull it out I won't be too disappointed. I'm a Pens fan, but this will finally give the Hawks fans I work with something to cheer about (sadly for them, they are also Bears and Cubs fans so I have to feel some remorse for them) and it will shut up the obnoxious Red Wings fans I work with. It's a win-win.
