Who's the Komets' and the IHL's rookie of the year this season? Do you go with Luciano Aquino who is the league's second-leading scorer, or do you go with Mathieu Curadeau who is fourth on the team in scoring and leads the league in plus-minus? They both bring some different things to the table. You could take the wimpy way out and split it between the two of them, but it's extremely rare that happens.
So which would you pick?

I believe it will be Aquino, even though personally I would give it to Mathieu. I think Mat brings more to the table then Aqunio. Aqunio is better at scoring and is great at it even, but Mat has a better all around game and more willing to help on the defensive side. But overall I really could careless and I am really happy they are both K's.
I'd have to give it to Curadeau. Aquino may have slightly flashier numbers but Curadeau is a stud on the penalty kill and usually is all over the ice. Don't get me wrong, I like both of them- I'd be perfectly happy if they split it! (sorry Blake!)
I think that Aquino might have a slight edge based mainly on the better stats. Curadeau still has a good chance to win the hardware since he does a great job on the PK and defensively.
It could just come down to which one has a hot streak during the stretch run in March and April.
