Simple enough.
And from here on out, no more references to GQ or cardboard cutout or whatever. Call him Puhalski or the former coach or nothing at all. He won a championship here. He deserves respect for that if nothing else, and there was plenty else he did to deserve it as well.
No more references to past players' purses or whatever. Use their names. Move on, get over it. It's a new season so let's just move ahead and show the players and coaches the same class they showed us over the past few years.
And always keep in mind that there are kids who read this blog. (No, I'm not calling you names. LOL). So post things you wouldn't mind your own kids reading. If you think there might be a possibility of something being over the line, then it probably is and there's a better way to say it.
We should all be proud of what you've helped build on this blog over the last year. Let's please continue to make it something we can all be proud of.

I, too, was impressed with the play of Larocque, especially his willingness to handle the biscuit and move it out of our end.
Arthur Ki(sp)...the defenseman from Uganda...I'm also impressed with what the Komets have put together here..This is gonna be an amazing year...

Who surprised me for not playing overly well were Bozoian and Domber.
Rudenko surprised me. He looked better than i hought he would.
Blake, I enjoyed the 3 assists that Dupuis had Friday....Mario looked sharp....Kiyaga was a speed demon. The PP did a better job of keeping the puck in the zone and attacking the net....better shot selection. We can't wait until Opening Night!

I'm a little surprized at how many times I said, "Look at the guy in front of the net, can he be there on the power play?" or "Wow! This team looks good!"

I knew Ruid was a good player, but I was skeptical of him coming here. After seeing him play, I am very pleased we picked him up. Heck, all of the vets looked good, I was suprised with the team overall.
you have to be pleased with all the guys who came here that coach didnt know that played well. im glad the guys he did know that came were the real deal. coach didnt take us down the wrong path there. sorry blake if we or i take a few shots at the former player you loved, but as a former player i wouldnt have wanted him as a teamate unless he was a super locker room guy, which we would never know in the stands, all we see is whats on the ice. skate and i know what its like to have someone not watch your back during competition, so ill never mention it again unless someone else starts a love fest again, soo sorry to have an opinion. as far as gq goes, as long as hes in this league trying to beat the komets, then hed better be fair game for all of us! he wasnt fired, remember? he quit on us, championship or not.
The lot of us quit on Pulhulski long before he quit on the Komets. We're even. The bottom line is that we all may be better off from the move.
Morency and Kiyaga impressed me the most. Matt is also a very good. The only one's that really didn't impress me were Huck and Bozoian. Not to sure about Gabrielson and Cote. But we will wait and see how it goes! Looks like we are gonna have a good team. GO KOMETS!!!

Not having seen any games I can comment that I am very happy (somewhat surprised) by the overall positivity that seems to have taken over the fan base even from just a couple of weeks ago. This may be a season to remember.
I for one can't wait for "Nothing at All" to come to town. What a night that will be. The Jungle will be in full force that night. The Head Coach of the Chicago Hounds....."Nothing at All"......Booooooo!!!
I was impressed with so many players during the exhibition games that I can't begin to want Bingham's job. I loved watching Pat. Something different. I guess if I had to pick anybody, I might say that Bozian and maybe Huck, all tho Huck did look better on Friday night than Wednesday, might be in danger of losing their jobs. We're going to have to cut so many good players that it would be terrible to make that decision. I am very impressed with McWhinney also. There should be no decision on a back up with him in the picture.
Couldn't go Friday (would have loved to seen Ruid, Larocque, Richardson, etc. by what the rest of you posted here).
Saw Wednesday's game - Besner is a keeper. I like Kiyaga's speed, but his lack of size scares me for a defenseman. At least in that game (judging by 1 game only), he looked overmatched at times. Hopefully, he played better Fri. & Sat. - in the right position, I think he could shine for this team.
McWhinney looked solid in goal. Unfortunately, Hukalo, Bozoian and Domber didn't look strong, but that was Wednesday and they were the most experienced Komets playing that night. That may have been part of it.
I've got my ticket for the home opener and I'm ready for the jungle to rock again.
