It seems like pretty harsh treatment to the skates, doesn't it?

That's the coolest story ever! I would have loved to hear Pemmer telling that story himself. It would have been too funny!

Hoss

It's slang for crawfish. They play in Louisiana. What's so crazy about that?

That'd be Bobby. I hate when people miss-spell it with a -ie!

Better a Bobbie than a Boobie.

Good to see Phillips put one in the net. Chaulker's got 3 points on the night already.

What kind of problem Hit? I'm thinking of watching Sat's game but if there are issue again maybe I'll pass on it.

Mudbugs' announcer thinks the Komets are a little too quick to defend their goalie or the whistle should be blown sooner.....

Good to see them doing that.

Hi Blake,

Long time since my last post.

I've seen this on PointStreak a couple other times and it happened in tonight's game too.

How does a goalie (Foster) allow one goal (the fourth one) and get tagged with the loss when the game was never tied and his team was never in the lead?

I realize Drouin's goal was the game-winner, but shouldn't DeCaro get the loss since B-S trailed the entire game? This has happened against the Komets before when they've switched goalies and I've never been able to figure it why it's ruled this way.

they tried to make me pay again also.

Thanks Hit and Smitty, I'm going to think about watching it then.

Jeff...I believe that the goalie who gives up the winning goal is credited with the loss.

Bob
Fri, 01/28/2011 - 11:52pm

Jeff, Harbz, that would make sense if the goalie plays essentially the entire game, and is in net when the GWG is scored against him. I'm thinking it would be a similar situation if a team that is losing changes goalies and then that team comes from behind to win. The original goalie would get no decision and the sub would get the win.
