And just for the record, Milka Duno IS NOT hot... I really hope that was a joke. It's hilarious that Milk and Donuts is so terrible that the IndyCar series put her on probation, and she still wrecks in the opening laps of today's race.
Both of the above mentioned tough's would be vets... I really dont see the K's utilizing a vet spot (when there are so few, unless the limit is going up) on an enforcer...
hmm.. vet spot on an enforcer might not be best idea. i agree with that. However, if the only need we have left is enforcer then Frankes may figure "why not" .... One thing i trust very much about the Frankes is their ability to put a team together.. other things... I'll pick my times to debate. ;-) ... but putting a team together i trust 100%
I took Blakes advice just a little far. I went to the Brickyard.
Went down for "Pole Day" than went out to O'Reilly Raceway Park for the Nationwide Race. Back to the Brickyeard for the Race today. It was a lot of fun, blistering hot yesterday (Saturday). Got a nice rain late last night or earlly this morning. At least that cooled things off a little. Montoya was driving a rocket until the last pit stop. I haven't heard what happened after that stop.

I dunno, but if the Komets were lucky enough to sign either of those guys as an enforcer it would be a major acquisition. That is one of the major holes the Komets need to replace since we lost MacMillan and they both have big time size which you will need to compete against the heavyweights like Goulet.

Yesterday I took Blake's advise and popped a cold one at my favorite watering hole. Then another, and another, then one bought by a Cubs fan after they won. This guy swears this is the year for the Cubs. Claims that since the National League won the All Star Game this is the year for miracles. It was hard to argue with that logic.
I talked to another guy said he use to go to a lot of Komet games but hasn't been for two years. He thinks the agreement with the CHL is exciting and plans on attending some games this season.
You haven't watched racing until you've sat through a Formula 1 race. Bunch of sissy European guys whining because someone bumped into them... oh wait... sounds like some hockey leagues too! :)
If they did sign one of those guys it would most likely end up in a major letdown like last year when the K's had Jimmy Bonneau signed in the offseason just to see Rochester sign him away from us....
Thought I saw Zehr up in Detroit Saturday....what's up with that guy? Much as I disliked him (and still picture him with clown shows and a big red nose on, thanks to someone on this blog giving me THAT mental image, thank you very much!), I wonder if he's ready to come out of retirement yet. If this was him, he still looks fit and ready to skate. HE never could fight, though....not the enforcer type....but he could be the sniper sort, and he's a li'l older, so maybe a steady vet presence if Guy does not sign.
