Tailing the Komets

You're going to LOVE this

With about 2:40 left on the clock before the opening faceoff, you are going to absolutely love what the Komets have planned for the video board. It's pretty freaking cool.

Mike Field has signed and will wear No. 10 tonight. Referee is Matt Miller.

I agree Blake, I LOVED the opening for the game tonight! Great job to whoever put it together! That was awesome. Some of the Kzoo players were watching it as well. Two thumbs way up.

Now if they could just get the video going quicker for the starting roster!

Will be back with some thoughts on the game later. But this team sure is fun to watch.

Last nights game sure was another fun one! This team is a blast to watch.

The new guy Mike Field looked pretty good to me. He did not seem out of place, and he has some quick skates. He also looked great in helping set up the first goal.

I love Gravelle, the kid just keeps on hitting everything in sight. He never lets up.

Legault looks better and better every game. You can see he is getting more confidence. He could have popped a tent on that first goal, kzoo had no one around him. He also looked good in his fight with Stayzer. (Stayzer never returned after the fight. I wonder if he got hurt?)

Curadeau looks great as well, and I can't believe that he is still down here with this team. I think he would fit right in with any AHL team. He threw some monster checks tonight as well.

MacMillan is just an animal, I am not sure if Jurynec knew what he was getting into there. Hukalo was his normal self, all hustle. Shafranov still amazes me with what he can do, and how easily he does it. He is like a hot knife through butter.

Leplante looked real good in net, and he was tested at times. He really held his own in the second period when kzoo got some good shots in own him.

I was glad to see the team keep playing through the whole third period. With a minute to go, they were still playing hard, and trying to score. All in all it was a fun game, and the Komets dominated for all most all of the 60 minutes.

A Old co-worker of mine (who I sit with) said he seen Stayzer with a ice-pack on his hand outside the locker room after that fight...
