Yum!

Just when we're getting over the great spinach scare, some Hoosiers now have this worry:

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources has advised fishermen not to eat fish caught in Wildcat Creek that runs for 81 miles through several central Indiana counties because of E. coli contamination.

That's an awful lot of E. coli anxiety. We all need a good meal to take our mind off this, so I thought you might find this recipe of interest. It is low-cholesterol and fat-controlled, so don't think it's bad for your health.

But please don't share it with this woman, or you'll set her back 10 years:

A woman who claims to have been terrified of vegetables for more than 40 years declared herself on the way to being cured yesterday.

Krissie Palmer-Howarth, 61, a cabaret singer from Newhaven, East Sussex, has not been able to handle vegetables or even say their names since developing her phobia at the age of 17. Just their smell made her feel sick.
