Unless Bennefield has a real injury and not a phantom one, I'm not real enthused by this move.

First, they give up another stupid breakaway on their power play and then another odd-man rush right after that. 1-0 Bloomington.

I agree with sgriffith, why is Chaulker doing the dirty work and going with Palmer? We need a guy who will take of the dirty business and let the rest of our guys play their game. Henley is in a bad position, he's one of our most valuable players on the ice and we cannot afford for him to always be the one to step up and "settle the score". If we had a player who's only job is "taking care of bussiness" and let's our guys play, we would be the hardest team to play against in the CHL. Instead, we choose to keep guys around who don't show the heart and desire to be Komets. Chaulker doesn't need to be the guy to stand up..... I don't get it! At the end of the day it's AA hockey and watching Chaulker get hurt doing something he shouldn't be doing is unacceptable.

Lets see, we have a guy who is 6'7 and is considered a "heavyweight" and three other guys that usually step up for this and Chaulker is the on dropping the gloves? I know he does this a few times a year but is he the guy to go after Palmer? Guess no one else felt it was necessary to step up, another reason why he wears the C.

so what it comes down to is we replaced an underachieving 5 goal scorer with an underachieving 5 goal scorer?
