I told the guys we were gonna lose tonight and win sat, I'm glad we got a point out of it, now tomorrow we need to win in regulation.

Confidence or skill? The Komets have shown us both during the season. Time for everyone to wind-it-up guys!!!!

It's really sad when the coach says that his team doesn't have enough skill to win a game in a shootout.  He also says that it's all about confidence.  How can anyone on this team have confidence when their coach says things like that?

Also, he said that he has used everyone in the shootout at one time or another.  That's not true. He uses the same 5 - 7 guys every time.

Well you know they are going to thrash the Icemen tonight. That's a given. Probably 5-0 before the end of the first period. K's will go on to win in regulation "and there was much rejoicing" for they will have reclaimed first place in the Turner. But they could have been 4 points up on Evansville instead of 1 if they had gotten their arses "out of their heads" before the game on Friday. Okay, so there is no point crying over spilled milk, but then again, those who don't study the past are doomed to repeat it.

Hey, I've got an idea.  Since we have no skill to compete in shootouts, why don't we let the other team shoot first.  I know it goes against all the statistics, but since we're going to lose anyway, let's let the opponent go first so we know what we have to do.
