I apologize this is off topic, but last night Bob Chase said a few times that both games this weekened are likely to sell out. I know in the past sometimes this wasn't the case. Is there anyway you could give us an update ticket sales for this weekends games Blake ?

Thank you in advance!

``Balloting will take place among CHL Head Coaches, team Communications Departments and select media members in CHL markets to determine the winners.''

Neither game is close to being sold out.

Not really sure how Graham is up for MVP when he's been out with an injury for some time now....And the Komets and Chase are just trying to rev up how important this weekend series is and in turn hopefully it gets a larger crowd and hopefully a sellout but I don't expect anything over 10,000

As we go into the final couple of weeks in the CHL regular season, there are some interesting races going on.  Obviously we are aware of the Fort Wayne-Evansville situation.  Both teams tied ( with exactly the same records) and heading into a huge weekend against each other.  However there is another terrific race going on.  Missouri, Rapid City, and Quad City are just three points or fewer apart.  It should make for some exciting hockey over the next 10-11 games.  Out of the five teams listed above, one will find themselves on the outside looking in.

I'm not sure if this means anything or not.  Of the four groups listed ( MVP, MOG, MOD, ROY and each with five players nominated in each group), six players were from the Berry Conference and fourteen players were from the Turner Conference.

Blake, does "clear day"  in the AHL have any possibility of affecting CHL rosters?
