The CHL TV video clearly shows the kneeing incident, at least two times. It's at the very end of the altercation.

Clearly? If its the same video that Justin Cohn has posted, it shows his knee moving while a linesman is mounted on top of him. You can't tell if his knee makes contact.

If a cross-check to the face isn't an intent to injure how is a knee while rolling around on the ice with zebras laying on top of you?

Dennis Hextall has shown his apptitude for management and leadership. I don't know what the obligation to keeping him employed is. I'm sure he's a nice guy, just seems that bad judgement follows him from position to position.

Tarnaris misses half the calls in the two games between Fri and Sat, he had no control over the game. Its hard for me to accept the fact that discipline is allegedly decided based on the input of people with obvious flaws in judgement.

That being said, what did Palmer get for a blantent elbow to the head earlier this year? A play that obviously led to injury? Lutes played his normal lackluster game on Sunday with no sign of injury.   Therefore, Mr. Henley's one game served should suffice.

Well if we have learned anything from past suspensions from the league, it will make no sence and not follow any sort of consistant pattern whatsoever. Does anyone know if players at this level get fined or is it just suspensions? I am curious if the playoffs being the next game if that will effect the decision. Sort of like swollowing the whistle the last few seconds of a bball game.
