Rapid City, Wichita, and Evansville are beefing up their rosters. It seems real evident that the Komets are going to stand pat. It drives me crazy that they refuse to tweak a roster with some very large holes in it. But I have to accept it. What do you think about it?
I know the old line "if everyone pulls together and we play up to our capabilities, we think we'll be just fine". It hasn't happened for 60 games. Seems hard to believe these guys will find the "magic" in the next six, doesn't it? Two more questions. If D. Molle comes back, do you think the K's would consider moving Milam up to a forward position? Have the Komets decided on the two players from college they want to bring in?
I'm sorry to be so skeptical, but I don't have much faith that college guys are going to help much. This year, whenever college guys are mentioned, the name Tom Mele comes up as if he is an example of a game changing addition. The fact is that he can't even get in a game now and has been a healthy scratch.
I don't understand the thinking in the front office. Please do your best to enlighten me.
