After falling behind 1-0, again, the Komets scored three goals in about five minutes and they did it by going offensive. With Missouri's defensemen pinching in to try to create offense, the Komets took off the other way for a pair of odd-man rushes. First, JM Rizk scored, then the Komets got a 3-on-1 with Brett Smith settting up Leo Thomas and then Mike Vaskivuo set up Chris Auger on a 2-on-1.
The Komets are beating up the Mavericks down low, just pounding on their defensemen and they are coughing the puck up.
