Hmmm...how much of their arena are they actually selling? Looks like a lot of it is off limits. Also, I bet they're counting on a lot of corporate buyers for those $45 seats. I can get two equivalent season tix for less than one of those expensive seats, and the Frankes somehow manage to make a modest profit.

You have to take into account the cost of living in Florida is much higher, and the cost to play at the Amway Center is probably pretty high, so these costs seem about right.

I can't remember where I rad this but I saw somewhere that the rent was over 20,000 per game. Now. Don't recall if they had any extra perks in the lease that allowed the team to receive a portion of concession sales or beer
