How are they able to do this? I thought the ECHL had strict rules on not being able to poke fun at the opposing team or officials?

Get your panties out of a twist, it's all in good fun. It's an ad for a flower shop in Kalamazoo. Flint had to retry much the same thing for a few years when a florist sponsored the away teams penalty box and it was the pansy box
