Yes, there are 8500 sold... I bought my tickets a couple days ago and there were only about 3000 left. I have to say though I will be a little disappointed if it stays like this... I was hoping for a sell out considering this is such an exciting season for numerous reasons. I am sure the raised prices don't help, but I really don't think anyone will break the bank to splurge a little bit on this exciting opener. I'm sure there will be plenty of people purchasing tickets at the door though tonight so there is still hope.

Very good question. Out and sold are not the same word, you can never tell how many of the 8,500 out have been sold or given away or cheap 600 purchased and people move down
