Just got caught up on all my "required reading". I've got to say how optimistic I am after reading all the reports of the different young players and experienced pro players in camp.
I am a little concerned about Auger. Different reports that seem to conflict with each other become concerning. Health issues are private, of course, but hockey seems to have an unwritten rule that you never give reliable information on injuries so as to protect the player from being targeted. As a person, it is none of my business, but as a fan I am curious to know if he will actually come back to Fort Wayne and take his spot on the roster. Anybody know?
If you haven't listened to "The Fort Report with Kevin Leininger", you should. Very nice report with alot of interesting stuff. I especially liked, later in the interview, how Blake offered his thoughts on short vs. long articles. As long as the articles were "well written", length of the articles were not a problem.
