They are down 5-2 and at least four of the Kalamazoo goals deserve Fort Wayne assists on them. Chaulk even put one in his own net -- top shelf, of all things. This is even worse than opening night. Charlie Effinger has given up five goals on 25 shots but has not been pulled yet. Nobody is playing well, though.

This is totally off subject but mainly for you Blake. As I'm sure a lot people know that Mirasty is playing in the KHL. I heard some guys talking about how a Russian gave him a good beat down last month. So I went & found the video & he actually fought Trevor Gillies (not sure on spelling). I think he is or was part of the islanders orginazation. Anyways they've been beating the tar out of each other for years. But I never seen mirasty knocked out before. You should all check it out but Blake work your sources & see if they will show that fight during an upcoming home game when they show a fight video in the third. And no I don't just watch hockey for the fighting, just thought it was interesting. Sims should love the video.

Heard Nik Schause was recalled by the Norfolk admirals, good luck he will be missed really enjoyed watching him while he was here, Friday night he was awesome, great skater. HOpe he gets a chance in the NHL would watch him

What I don't understand with Effinger is when it comes to his play, it's either feast or famine. He's let in two soft goals early in the game, but then stones a 2-0 break away. I guess if he was able to play that way 100% of the time, he wouldn't be in the ECHL...
