IMO, they won the third period (and the game) by continuing to play in the offensive zone... They did not sit back trying to protect the lead and allow the opposing team easy access into the Komets defensive zone... They didnt let off the gas and that was refreshing to watch.
You can really see teams going out of their way to draw Henley and Maggio into dumb penalties... They know those 2 are prone to taking costly penalties.
Good game. I'm looking forward to seeing another new team come in tonight and hopefully seeing the same results from last night...
