Kalamazoo won 3-2 despite being out-shot 41-32 by the Komets who controlled the game for the last two periods but could not get the tying goal. Joel Martin made 39 saves in what turned out to be a pretty good hockey game.

They wore their home jersey's. Of course they will lose! Thats been the problem all along.

Actually this was new. Their road record is pretty good...so a close loss on the road is "new".
