Tailing the Komets

Nice play

guess im just too old and miss old time hockey too much.   i cant believe the komets let toledo come into the barn and dictate play.  in the old days if a team came in here and beat us a couple times in a row then the third time would have been non stop checking and a few fights to take back the rights to the jungle.  but this team didnt fight and didnt even have a decent check all night. they allow a team like toledo to come in and not be afraid. the jungle has turned in to   a petting zoo. very disapointed.

Chuck I couldn't agree with you more. You took the words right out of my mouth. I'm so sick of getting beat at home and then just taking it. I give the boys credit for the short lived comeback but why not play that way for at least 50 minutes. Like you said in the old days that wouldn't happen and I don't mean goon it up but send a message so the next time you see them at least be under their skin a bit. Can some beside Hoban please score? It sounds like I'm venting so I should sleep better. Well lets come back with some fight and get 2 points tomorrow, at least cincy lost on the bright side. Good night all.

The komets are the worst 2nd place team in all of minor league hockey. It's a team full of wussies.

This hockey club plays with no edge at home at all.  They play with no toughness or aggression.  Instead of trying to skate with teams like Cincy and Toledo why don't they try to hit and bang them.  When it is 2-0 why doesn't somebody try to light a fire or stir the pot so to speak.  Where is Tyler Butler's aggressiveness gone?  A team that is below .500 at home in what was a tough rink to play in is under achieving period.  It is not call up's, injuries, etc because you don't go 12-6-2 on the road.  There are guys they are holding on to that can't play at this level and the majority of them are on the blue-line.
