This short documentary film is an in depth look at Fort Wayne Komets star Kaleigh Schrock, a professional hockey player in the ECHL and an all-access look at his typical game day. Not only does it detail his game day routine, it shines light on his path to playing pro hockey in his hometown and what it took to get to where he is at today. This film was produced, filmed and edited solely by myself (Chris Treft) for a documentary film class at IPFW. I'm an aspiring hockey broadcaster and am the current play-by-play voice of Fort Wayne High School Hockey and the Fort Wayne Federals. I also have a passion in the media side of hockey with not only broadcasting but all the off ice operations, entertainment and media of the game. I would love your feedback on this film so I can further improve my skills producing on the off ice media side of this great game. Thanks for watching and if have any questions, comments, concerns, or complaints about this film I would love to hear them so I can further grow in this field. You can contact me on Twitter by following me @TheRealTrefty or send me an email to Treft.Chris@Gmail.com. Once again thanks for watching and I can't wait to hear what all you great Komets and hockey fans in general.
