As regular readers know, I was one who repeatedly clamored for the Komets to bring Mike Vaskivuo back to Fort Wayne. He was a very solid player while with Dayton. When he was traded to Rapid City my fear was that the Rush had acquired a darned good player, making it that much harder for the Komets. Funny how things turn out sometimes.
What isn't funny is his injury and my suspicion that him being put on "reserve" is directly a result from it. Never know with groin injuries. ( Remember Dustin Molle ).
The interview was really nice. Everything he had to say about the Komets and Graham just reinforces my high opinion of him.
One of the best lines I've ever read in a player's story occurs here, and was Blake's, "It's always hard to follow remarkable".
Today I'm hoping that there IS more to follow.

Off the subject a bit, but really didn't have a good place to ask the question.
Blake, are you having a season preview section this year? If so, will it be in Friday's paper or on Saturday?
