Maybe they should load the team up on a bus and drive around for 2 hours before they play at home.

Thanks, Blake, for honest reporting. I am sick and tired of this crap. Yeh, you like playing here, then give us our money's worth. This is nuts! You score goals and win on the road. Then you come home and stink up the joint! I am fed up and I have been coming here forever. HIT SOMEONE! More hitting in first period of Canada-US women's game in Olympics than entire game Vs. K-zoo tonite. And they aren't allowed to hit!

That's why I say:
The Komets will finish 7th in the conference and make the playoffs.
I could explain it better, but I'd need charts, and graphs, and an easel.
It would probably be better if we had the worst record and finished 8th to make the playoffs.

If they cannot win at home, it won't matter if they make the playoffs....
Komets have 8 road games remaining, 2 of which are in Kzoo (who have the Komets number right now) and 2 are in East leading South Carolina... Not sure there are enough winnable road games to get them into the playoffs....
Komets need some snarl.... Maybe they can find or trade for a dman with some nasty in his game....

I think for the rest of the year Gary should just stick with Meisner on the road and Makarov at home. Makarov is currently unbeaten in regulation at home. The same goes with Meisner except he is currently unbeaten on the road. If they do that I believe that they can can the playoffs in forth place or better.

Ok, if the team comes out and plays a lackluster 1st period then why isn't Gary (or the Captain) getting these guys fired up during the intermission so they come out in the 2nd (or even 3rd period) with a desire to perform better or at least look like they want to win. K-Zoo showed up looking like they wanted to win. Maybe they miss the Florida sunshine having to come back to the cold, dreary Fort.

The most aggravating thing to me about this years' team is the idiotic quoets we have to read after the game. "yeah we know what we have to do,blah,blah, blah." I know too! You idiots need to score 1 more goal than the other team. Please shut up and try to keep some fans for next year.
