Still wondering why Martine is not playing instead of Gates. I also still wish we would have resigned Rizk idk why he has not been playing with Greenville lately but still on their roster. Need the win tonight and many more.

It should mean, playing a full 60 minutes of hockey, stop the turn overs, stop giving up odd man rushes, get the power play working better, and shoot the puck right away instead of waiting and letting the defense and goalie get set up to block it or make a easy save. If they do all the above tonight, we can get another 2 points!!  Lets Go Komets!!!!!

Well, Alan, I'll try to explain it to you. Most people would consider losing the first game and winning the second in overtime an improvement. Maybe winning in reguulation might be considered even more of an improvement?

Maybe instead of saying what they need for the 2,547th time, which we already know by heart and all agree on, maybe you could come up with an idea where they could look for what you think they need? That would probably be much more productive.

I still say we should turn down any power play time. Florida taking all the penalties because  they know we play like crap with the man advantage.

At least toinight they are trying some different things on the pp. Embach and Auger on the points. They keep trying to rush it into the zone 1-on-1 instead of working together to get the puck into the zone.  Don't feel comfortable with the short-handed chances Everblades are getting.

Power play is very frustrating to watch!! Don't have the answer and I guys at this point in the season Gary doesn't either.

The Komets need more movement  in the slot area on the power play. Players standing around flat footed out front waiting for a pass.

IDK. It's been so long since I've seen Quick play I can't really say. I didn't get to watch any of the Olympic games. I've got a couple on tape, but no time so far to watch them.

I think Jason Dale could make a difference at the point, but you're right, it doesn't matter what the point men do if the forwards all stand around looking at them. Too many guys playing like individuals. MOVE! They have to be incredibly easy to defense, and I know for a fact Gary is telling them to move.

Gary is really mixing up the forward lines, and the Komets are trapping the heck out of the Everblades, really exposing their weak defensemen.

Latvia took more out of the team than the US did.

Ks are dominating in the corners, especially in the Florida end. They just want the puck more.

I don't think either man landed any punches in that fight. Peps just kind of held him off and Della Revere's arms weren't long enough to reach him.

Not speaking for Alan ; but I think this is where I'd go for fix attempts for the roster:

1. AHL/NHL teams that have no affiliation in the ECHL... They have players available, especially if they get eliminated from playoff contention...

2. There are 20 other ECHL teams... maybe work out a trade?

3. Those pesky future considerations that are still out there...

4. Major Junior's... Try to find another Maggio, Gagnon, or Hodgeman for the stretch run...

I'm just an idiot fan though, so I'm assuming those options are preposterous...

Good period. They need to keep it clean in the 3rd because I think the ref is about to turn the other way on calls.
