It sure looks to me that when the Komets are on the PP, everyone except the "quarterback" justs stands around and does not move. I would think some sort of weave might shake someone loose.
Somebody would have to stay back to prevent the breakaway.
One thing Jonathon Goodwin did well was plant himself in front of the goaltender. I can't help but wonder what percentage of his goals were tip ins on the PP.
Man, it seemed like de ja vu watching this game. It was a big two points, it was an expected two points, and it was a necessary two points. Good game by a number of K's (mostly the forwards). Good for Makarov.
