The play was very sloppy last night. Passing was incxredibly bad. Like usual, nobody went to the net. In the end, the Komets were VERY lucky. People in the stands were very unhappy for most of the game. The popular chant was "we don't want the Cincinnati penalty, can't we just forget about it?" Until the Komets had a 4 on 3 powerplay in overtime, the special teams offensive crew looked very bad. Yeah, like Blake says, we probably didn't deserve to win this one.

I was one of those fans in that area yelling give them back their man and play them at even strength....why bother when you have one of the worst records on the power play in the league.
Terribly boring game....does not look like a team trying to get into the playoffs, knowing every point and game counts....they were incredibly lucky last night....I got up and moved to the far end of the ice and watched a great powerplay by those 4 guys...wish it had been that way earlier, then we would not have needed overtime.
One final comment....it appeared in the first two periods that Meisner was looking to the players as to whether or not to play the puck or hold it....it definitely seemed like there was a lack, no better yet NO communication between him and his "teammates"...is there a problem with him and the team?
