Another good win! Had my doubts a couple times but the guys stayed focus and got another two points. We are a winning team but we aren't so dominant that we win with ease. Hopefully Graham will change up his power play strategy sooner rather than later. Great season so far, this group of guys has a totally different attitude than last year.
Thank you Blake for your replies to my question about Graham and Sims. I'm impressed with the high quality,successful coaches that have coached the Komets. Graham definitely has his own style of coaching. That's great...I think working with Sims for his first few years was a great way to learn the ropes of coaching pros, like him or not, Sims lived his whole life for hockey, had tons of knowledge, contacts and experiences both good and bad. Very excited to see how this season plays out. Very enjoyable hockey so far. Go Komets!!!

I was wondering about Embach also. Someone told me he was a "healthy" scratch. He can come off of the reserve list at any time, but I was wondering if (with Pistilli back) he was scratched for salary cap reasons, a chance to get a night off, or both.
According to to the NHL transactions, Colorado sent to Lake Erie a forward and a defenseman. I'm curious how that might shake out and if Heard may be sent back soon.
