Why not bring Max Strang in? His record is 10-0 with a 1.83 ga.

Not 100 percent sure but it could be this:
If a player is already in the ECHL, he has his P1 visa in place, and before a player can play in this league he has to have his visa WITHIN THE LEAGUE. If an ECHL team calls up a player from the SPHL or FHL they have to get their P1 Visa with the ECHL team BEFORE they can play.
So, if an ECHL teams calls up or signs a player who was already in an ECHL training camp, they already have their P1 Visa with an ECHL team and they are good to go because they had to have the paperwork in order before they got to training camp.
Max is Canadian, not sure if he went to training camp with an ECHL team this year. Last year he was in TC with the Komets so they could call him up at any time.
I'll try to remember to ask.

According to his bio he is from Gilbertsville, PA. So he would not need paper work.

Why was Levine released when Will was reassigned here and not sent back down? Was it becasue he signed a contract and wasn't loaned? Or was this in hopes that Levine would be picked up by another ECHL team? He is now with Indy.

Will came in and the two reserve spots were already filled so they had no choice to free up the roster spot for Will.
According to David Franke, Max told them a couple weeks ago he just wants to stay in Pensacola. Not worth it to yo-yo back and forth for a weekend here or there.

Just 4 clarification...who had the reserve spots at that time?

Don't remember and it's not on the ECHL transactions report. They have used two all season because of the salary cap.

Maybe the question I need to ask is, is there a heirarchy or priority for when they come and and when they get released...I really do not understand who gets placed where and when? Sorry

The two spots were Beebe and Lacasse I think.

Maybe the answer you are looking for is very few if any ECHL teams keep three goalies.

Ok, I understand. Is it possible for Nagle to be taken by an AHL team?
