Tailing the Komets

Latest update

Talked to Gary Graham, and he said Paul Crowder skated gingerly today but is really still out indefnitely.

"We just have to see how the ankle is going to start holding up and see how he an do," Graham said.

Same thing with Kaleigh Schrock. That situation hasn't changed from what he describes in today's story.

Also, the Komets are flying in a forward from the SPHL, but he's not from Peoria or Pensacola. Graham declined to identify the player more than that, but said he should be here by tomorrow.

He's not expecting any of the AHL call-ups back in time for this weekend. He said he'll be talking to all four teams on Monday to get another update.

That does not mean those players won't show up at any time, though. Just the way it works.
