Blake: What does this do to our Goalie situation? Who will be backup to Will? Will looked superb at the game in Indy, but really faltered a little when he played Quad City. Did he get beat up at Erie? or did he just lose something that made them send him down?
They'll bring in somebody tomorrow. I think he struggled his last game in Lake Erie, got here and played that night and struggled. Everybody struggled that night. He'll be fine. As far as a back-up, they are looking for one. They might sign Larkin Saalfrank as an emergency back-up for the weekend. It's only two days.
why does an ahl team need three goalies?
Because they can. Unlimited roster.
