Also Frk (F) was recalled to Grand Rapids, Houk (D) was traded to Elmira, Lerg (G) was loaned to Grand Rapids, and Luciani (F) trade to Gwinnett. Very surprised by the Luciani news.

As I've watched the competitors this year, I always thought that Wong (from Evansville), Czarnik (from Indy), and Luciani (from Toledo) would all look good in a K's sweater. Now all three are gone, traded to other teams.
Speaking of players, here is a very impressive stat. Frk (doesn't his name just scream for a vowel?), the fine Toledo forward, has scored 23 goals for the Walleye (not Walleyes, Bob) in just 29 games!
That kind of production kind of reminds me of the Komets' Mark Smith (17 goals in 25 games) before he left for Europe some years ago.
