Congratulations to Roman Will on being named to the all-rookie team. He was amazing last night! Without him, the K's would have been blown away. No offense to Perlini, but Will should have gotten the first star.
What happened to the "money line" last night? As my friend said, they've gone into foreclosure! Everyone needs to step it up, especially at this late date. You can't just coast into the playoffs and expect to win.
Let's wake up guys and get your act together. Those lower teams are just itching to kick your butts in the first round, especially if you keep playing like the last few games. I have faith that you can do it. Go K's!!!

I couldn't agree more that Will should have been the number 1 star. Don't know who picks the stars, but they got it wrong last night!

You have to remember that with Pistilli not in the line-up, the money line becomes the line other teams will focus on shutting down. The other teams checking line is now playing against them. I thought the money line played hard. They at times tried to get too fancy and should keep the simple play in front of them.
The dynamic of this team changes from the other teams perspective when you have two strong lines. Right now I think Fort Wayne is easy to defend against. Once Crowder, Pistilli and Perlini start back with each other then you have two lines to defend which becomes very difficult for most teams. I think our chances of success thru the playoffs wont be from those two lines but will be the contribution(s) we can get from the third line.

Man we are spoiled! We have two down games in a row (One of which we won!!!) and we are ready to break up our top line...maybe this should show us how great we have had it all year rather than slam them now.
I agree once Crowder come back, which I think Blake said he will play Friday in Kzoo, we will be a much deeper team. Also think about the "four" on their way from LE. I hope we put it all together...we could be very scary to others in the playoffs if we do!

Just a little early for that, Bruce. Right now they all think they are going to the AHL or Europe.
