With the win by the Marlies last night that pushes LE to 5 points out with 3 to play. If they lose Thursday night they would be eliminated from the playoffs. Not sure if the guys would be sent back down for Friday's game if they are out of the playoffs or if they would finish the season out with LE, but I bet David and Gary would be willing to drive over and pick them up Friday morning!

From what I undestand, the Monsters may not have that many extra healthy bodies where they can afford to let them come early.

The Avs sent down 3 forwards and one of them has been injured since January. They won't let Petryk go early, he's been playing on the top line for over a month. Heard I could see go either way but considering he wasn't sent with Meurs I doubt it.
