Mr. Schrock,
What a career decision, toughest youll ever make. Youll alway have the what ifs but be proud of your locally born talent. Im proud to have seen you play and even greater you were from my hometown aswell, Fort Wayne. Your leadership experience is exactly what your future will need as you begin your new career. The corporate world will line up to your doorstep and I only wish to continue to see your name in the local paper. Keep following those you look up to, keep improving for those who check you, and keep leading those who look up.

If you looked up Schrock in the dictionary it would be defined as the true heart and soul of being a Komet.
Schrocky will be the last chapter in this era of Komet Hockey and a great last chapter it was.
Best wishes Schrocky.

Christian Ouellet was always something of an enigma to me. Most of the time he just never gave me positive vibes, and then suddenly, he'd jump out and totally control one or two games in a row then (just as suddenly) slide back into the shadows. Sixteen goals in sixty-two games isn't anything to sneeze at but at the same time it always felt (to me) that something was missing.
Nothing at all against him, and I wish him the best of luck, but I was surprised when the K's put him on their season-ending roster list (20 players).
Good for Justin Hodgman. St. Louis might be the right organization for him. I'm still hoping that as his career draws closer to the end, he remembers that he'd like to come back here again.

Really hoping to hear some sort of news this week. Very interesting to see who we will be affiliated with if Colorado says no. Thoughts?
