"Wardo and I played together for three years at Neumann. In my four years I played there, he's probably the most-complete player I played with. He's a very good player. A great skater. I think he has a better stride than me. I'm not sure if he's faster than me up and down the ice, but it's fun to watch him skate. Good hands, good awareness. My prediction is he'll be on the power play once they see him play. He's a great addition. I tried to talk to him last year about coming, but I know he had a chance to play int eh ECHL with Reading for a few games.
I was kind of trying to get him to come last year fo a few games. He's a skilled player. I think he'll make the team for sure.
He'll play the body. His last season he was the captain after I left. As a rookie he'll do whatever it takes.
