Before Friday's Game 4, Komets coach Al Sims went to Nick Boucher and asked him if he wanted to start again in Flint. Boucher said, no, give Timmy a shot, so Tim Haun played in Game 4 and was brilliant. Sims then said Boucher will start Game 5 Saturday in Fort Wayne. I talked to Haun after the game and he said he was fine with that. In fact, everybody seems to be fine with it.
Al Sims: ``There was never any doubt. I'm not afraid to play Timmy in any situation. He's the Goaltender of the Year. He's played tremendous all year for us. For me not to have confidence in putting Timmy in would be a crime for me. You can't be afraid to play guys in situations like this. You know that Timmy has the character. I thought he was going to get a shutout tonight. He was that excited about playing and that focused.''
