As many of you know, training camp practices at Memorial Coliseum are closed to the public next week. BUT, next Friday the 14th, the 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. practices will be held at Lutheran Health Sports (Canlan) before the team takes off for the exhibition game in Dayton. Those two practices are open to the public.
Also, the Komets are still looking for the third goaltender for camp. Because there are so many goaltenders, good goaltenders, available, they aren't sweating it too much. They figure they have a very solid base to start from with Nick Boucher and Kevin Beech. Tyler Sims will also be helping out in training camp some, but is not part of the training camp roster.
