Kaleigh Schrock picked up a Brent Henley rebound at the side of the net and scored 2:55 into the overtime as the Komets beat Tulsa 2-1. Gerry Festa made 27 saves as the Komets out-shot the Oilers 44-28. Chris Auger scored Fort Wayne's first goal off a Bobby Chaumont rebound in the first period.
Komets are now one point behind Evansville for first place in the Turner Conference.
