The Roy Chin Foundation annual golf outing will be June 30 at Lakeside Golf Course. Registration starts at noon and play at 1 p.m. in the best ball scramble format. The golf and dinner costs $70, cart included. Forms can be faxed to Randy Chin at 455-9439 or mailed to 4289 Silver Birch Cove New Haven IN 46774 to reserve golf, but payment must be received by May 30. Please register and pay by June 1.
