Is about what it's like for players to come back through the minors after playing in the NHL. Daniel Goneau and Mario Larocque were particularly interesting about this. A lot of times it's just circumstances.
Something else I've found interesting is the way Pat Bingham doesn't just stick with forward lines or defensive pairings, but uses all five guys as units. That's one reason why the triple threat group of Dupuis and Larocque, Goodwin, Richardson and Goneau have been able to score on the power play, at even strength and even short-handed. It's an interesting strategy because players get used to playing together in all different situations all the time.
Luckily, the Komets seem to have the depth to be able to pull this off.
