The Komets are releasing this morning that defenseman Guy Dupuis has signed a one-year deal for his 10th season with the team.
"I think it's great,'' Dupuis. ``It's pretty exciting for our family to be able to stay another year here. I know that there are a lot of changes from last year to this year. There's some excitement but also some big holes to fill. It's going to be tough to replace some guys like Colin Chaulk, P.C. Drouin and Troy Neumeier. All we can hope for is we have more depth on our team than last year. If we can get guys overall that are a bit better we can have three good lines. I'm very hopeful.''
