PA guy extroidinaire Larry Schmitt came up with this one boys and girls:
``I have come up with the ultimate line name for Schrock, Woods, and MacMillan. I just came up with this 5 seconds ago and you have the scoop. I'm not even going to put it on Facebook yet so no one can steal the claim. Rock (Schrock), Paper (Woods), Scissors (MacMillan (because he cut my hair and he is hard as steel)). Well, What do ya think? Do we have a winner?''
What do you guys think?

The Invisible Line....and Mac of course.
.02 sec. FIGHT Schrock
10 minutes to go in the 1st period 2-0 Komets. Leo Thomas got the first one P.C. Drouin a shorted handed goal.
Pointstreak is showing both goals for Leo... Not sure..
Last game up there Point Streak had a Power Play goal with P.C. In the penalty box. Than gve him one of the assists. I am not sure what the guy doing point streat is watching. I just took Chaser's word. He has been wrong more than once.
That's why I wasn't sure.. I remember that Pointsteak has been messed up in PH before.
Leo got them both.....I saw them on R2B2.....
So.... I went to K-Zoo last night and watch my first ECHL game, they play Cincy. Awesome game, i have to admit the E is faster! But the passing is not good at all. I also do not like the no touch icing! K-Zoo played really well, Legs fought 2 guys! and did what he is known for, beating people up. He got thrown out after the 2nd fight. Which was the second period. the first 3 shots by K-Zoo were goals starting the third period the had maybe 10 shots on goal and the score was 4 to 2 i believe. K-Zoo won 6 to 3. Everyone was really nice to us up their. I had my Komets Jersey on and no one said anything to us except to ask how are team was doing, and that they miss the rivalry. Im not posting this to start a debate of the E and I. Im posting what i saw and how much fun i had once again in K-Zoo with our K-Zoo friends!!! And K-Zoo has alot of big guys on their team.
Mathieu was scratched BTW!
I agree with Scooter. The play was ALOT faster then the I. I was there as well. I wasn't sure I was gonna get out of there alive before the game even started. Had a few yahoos in front who were drunk when I got there. All in all,It was great to see Legs fight a few times and to see the difference between the I and the E.
Funny, I was at the Mad Ants game tonight for an event and ran into some friends of my daughter who are also season ticket holders. Of course the conversation turned to hockey almost immediately.
They've also been to several K-Wing games, they're friends with Mathieu, and said the same thing. The first obvious thing you notice is the difference in speed. The ECHL is much faster. They said the players in the I, the vets, play a lot smarter though and that is also obvious.
Now that I think of it, isn't this kind of futile, Blake? I mean, we apparently never came up with a nickname for MacMillan that he liked last year either.
Wendy, I think what Blake and some of us are looking for is a nickname for the whole line, not just one player. In the spirit of the Ice Patrol line or the MIG line, etc.
3 more for you to ponder, with each guy getting his own name in the spotlight...
Mac and the Nuggets
Woody and The Splinter Group
Schrocky and the Balboas
I have way too much time on my hands driving a truck without a radio.
Um... yeah... I know that, Steve. My suggestion did cover all three players... sort of. I was just saying that if we couldn't come up with a name for Brad last season, how are we supposed to come up with one for his whole line this season?
Okay... this is my last suggestion: the "David and Goliath" line. See? See what I mean? I can see you all rolling your eyes already.
How about, the "I hope that Al doesn't split that line up too much" line.
LOL Hit! I still like The Shrock and Awe line.
Jason suggested the Rough Tough Stuff line....Rough for Mac, Tough for Woods, and Stuff for Schrocky for all those garbage goals he manages to stuff in (which I love him for, don't get me wrong!!). Don't be too hard on the kid, he is only 9.
This would be a heck of a lot easier if it were two guys....then it could be the Hammer brothers, Jack and Sledge....yeah, I "borrowed" that one from the Tooth Fairy movie....pretty sad. I can't blame the 9 year old for that one. That one was all me....I'll return you to your regularly scheduled programming now....LOL...
the Dayton "people" says 3 stooges & Parker is the toughest guy in this league
mightbite--How did you miss that Parker is on a non-roster spot in Dayton. Just like Robin Big Snake in the grass up Muskegon way!
I did not know this & the Dayton "people" must not of either. Thanks
